The mixed element of Fire-Water

The Fire-Water

In chakra charts of the Fire and the Water five planets have the same direction: the White Mercury, the White Venus, the Black Mars, the Black Jupiter and the White Saturn. The differences appear only at the level of the celestial body - the Sun and the Moon and the "main body" for each of these elements (the spiritual Sun for the Fire and the material Moon for the Water) has "black" direction. The merge of the elements of the Fire and the Water is possible in the case when two celestial bodies acquire the input, "black" direction simultaneously. Both elements individually tend to bring the energy to the society: spiritual for the Fire and material for the Water. When these elements unite, the double compression of the energy happens, often very powerful and uncontrollable, carrying both creative and destructive force.

At the same time, the "union" of two elements inevitably leads to the loss of the harmony that they have individually. Mixing with each other, the "pure" elements of the Fire and the Water are subjected to certain distortions. These distortions are related primarily to the changes in the solar and lunar chakras and carried out in two ways:

1. «The Black Moon: The Fire in the society». The energy of the White Moon is peculiar to the "pure form" of the Fire. Taking the change in the direction of lunar chakra to "black", the Fire sacrifices usual loneliness, self-sufficiency and independence. Running through the Fire informational channel knowledge and ideas firstly penetrate in a particular social group and then they are distributed and made available to the widest range. However, there usually "the effect of the Chinese whispers" occurs: adapting to the mass perception and existing reality, the idea is somehow deformed and its original meaning is distorted. The same way, for example, the spread of Marx’s ideas and the attempts to put them into practice led to serious metamorphosis of the original doctrine. In particular, the modified by Vladimir I. Lenin Marxism plunged into the abyss of the social life received even a single name later - "Marxism-Leninism".

2. «The Black Sun: The water in the whirlpool». Possessing the White Sun, the "pure" element of Water is accustomed to diversity and freedom of action in the search for material gain. When the direction of the solar chakra is changing, the water flow begins to resemble a whirlpool, where the energy is "twisted" around a particular center. This center is that Fire idea which encompasses the Black Sun, "sucking" the water energy. In this case the Water loses its personal and social material benefit as the main objective. It begins to serve the idea by actively establishing the social ties and creating the channels through which the energy rushes to the "ideological center" to satisfy the material needs. This way a natural flow of funds authorized by the society or its significant part happens. An example of this phenomenon can be a voluntary movement. Creation of voluntary organizations to provide humanitarian, medical and financial assistance to the victims, collecting donations for army uniforms and treatment of the wounded - all of these activities are usually united by the central idea and directed to the financial support. Volunteers know how to raise money, like the Water does, but they do not get any personal gain from it, giving to the idea sometimes even more than they manage to collect.

The mixed element of Fire-Water is always associated with a group of participants, the activity of which is subjected to a particular idea. The energy of this element can fill the work of charitable organizations, service clubs, art groups and collectives. However, the most striking and demonstrative on the historical scale manifestations of the Fire-Water are flashes of the revolutionary movement. Radical changes and transformations in society, the true rebirth, the destruction of the old and the creation of new forms of social interaction - it all happens when you turn this element on. The effect of the element is very difficult to predict, and it is almost impossible to get under control.

The emergence of new forms of social interaction under the influence of new ideas promotes the formation of large groups of people whose values are so different that they become incomprehensible and alien for the rest. With the power of new social forms, these people begin to take the powerful influence on. It may lead to public split and a civil war or a war with the neighbors appears to be inevitable. Thus, both mixed elements (The Fire-Water and the Air-Earth) often generate wars, and their disharmony is also reflected in this.

Not surprisingly, the central figure of one of the greatest revolutions in the history of the world was a person whose chakra chart corresponds to the mixed element of the Fire-Water. It is referred to the October Revolution of 1917 in Russia and its main organizer – Vladimir I. Lenin.

Up until 1887 Vladimir Ulyanov (Lenin) was the perfect schoolboy, was getting excellent points in almost all subjects, including behavior, and that year by year brought him the gold medals. Nothing in his early biography was talking about the rebellion - either against the family or against the regime. At the time of graduating from high school in 1887, Lenin did not have "certain" political opinions.

However, in the same 1887, his older brother Alexander was executed as a member of the People's Will conspiration to attempt on the life of the Emperor Alexander III. Most likely, exactly this event was a turning point in the fate of the future leader. Participation in illegal student circles and familiarity with the "progressive" ideas of the time marked the beginning of his anti-autocratic activities. During 1887-1891 young Ulyanov following his executed brother became a supporter of the revolutionary movement "Narodnaya Volya" (The people’s Will). That is how he found his main idea - the idea of a coup. Further there was only a search for its implementation.

Lenin's political philosophy focused on a radical transformation of the society wiping off any oppression and social inequality. The means of such rebuilding should have been a revolution. The main political force Lenin saw primarily in the actions of large masses of people. "...When there is no open political action of the masses, he wrote, it can not be replaced and artificially caused by coups". Instead of reasoning about the elite and the party Lenin spoke about the masses and social groups. He thoroughly studied the life of different segments of the population, trying to detect the changes of the moods of different classes and groups, the correlation of their forces and so on. The conclusions about class alliances, the slogans of the day and possible practical actions were made on this basis.

Vladimir I. Lenin did not leave without any attention the problem of financing the revolutionary movement. In October 1905, publicly declaring robbery as permissible means of revolutionary struggle, he allowed the Bolsheviks to become the only social-democratic organization in Russia, systematically resorting to expropriation – a forced seizure of property from state institutions and private individuals. Together with two of his closest associates he secretly organized inside the Central Committee of the RSDLP (which was dominated by the Mensheviks, the opponents of such terror) a small group called the "Bolshevik Center" for the purpose of making money for Leninist faction by expropriating and various forms of blackmailing. By means of obtained money Lenin, sometimes anonymously, subsidized the activities of individuals and even entire organizations (including the Mensheviks) if he was interested in the connection and cooperation with them. This way he managed to expand the range of his allies continuously, and thus improve the overall level of solidarity in the ranks of the revolutionaries.

According to the Menshevik Alexander N. Potresov, Lenin was a rare phenomenon of a person with iron will, indomitable energy, combining fanatical faith in the movement, in the affair and himself.

Key words, expressions and quotations characterizing the element of Fire-Water:
Revolutions are the locomotives of the history. Coups are committed at a nonplus. One can not make an omelet without breaking the eggs. Growth involves destruction. One can not create something new without breaking the old. Upper classes can not, the lower classes do not want. Anarchy is the mother of order. Revolution. The Cultural Revolution. Birth. Coup. Uprising. Rebellion. Riot. Explosion. Storm. Perestroika (Restructuring). Anarchy. Dynamical chaos. Civil war. Guerrilla movement. Transformation of the crisis society. Transformation of the public consciousness. Socio-cultural transformation. Seance. Collective creativity. Service clubs.

With our passions - it's like with fire and water - they are good servants but bad masters.
Aesop

I sacrificed my whole fortune to the revolutionary struggle. I do not regret it. Vice Versa. If I had to restart the journey of my life, I would have done the same.
Karl Marx

The uprising with deadly force is always preceded by the uprising of ideas.
Wendell Phillips

Crude manifestations of the progress are called revolutions. When they run out, one can notice that the humanity had a good shake but moved forward.
Victor Marie Hugo

The revolutionaries do not make the revolutions. Revolutionary always knows when the power lies on the ground and may be picked up. The armed uprising in itself has never led to revolution.
Hannah Arendt

People boasting they revolutionized had always assured themselves the next day they did not know what they were doing because the revolution which happened was quite different from the one they wanted to do.
Friedrich Engels
